St. Rita Alumnus Scott Smolik '86 Named St. Linus Man of the Year

St. Rita alumnus Scott Smolik '86 has been named the St. Linus Man of the Year. Smolik is a proud member of the St. Rita class of 1986. Scott grew up in St. Nicholas of Tolentine parish. During his time at St. Rita he played baseball and football. 

Scott is currently a proud member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors (IUEC) Local 2. He has been a committed member of St. Linus parish for many years. Scott along with his wife Sharon (a St. Rita Grammar School graduate and a St. Rita High School assistant admissions director) raised three children Scott '10, Katie (Marist), and Jimmy '15 in St. Linus Parish.

The St. Linus Athletic Club will honor Scott at it's annual Sports Night on Friday, November 10. The evening includes special guest speaker Bobby Hull. Tickets can be purchased at: stlinusoaklawn.org/athletics
