Classroom Testing and Accommodation Information

A student may be eligible to receive classroom and testing accommodations by providing the school with a current educational evaluation, not older than three years, that includes a clear diagnosis and relevant educational recommendations. St. Rita High School Accommodation Plans will be developed for students who, with limited accommodations, can be academically successful in the traditional classroom. All accommodations are granted based upon the student’s evaluation recommendations. It is important to note that St. Rita High School may or may not be able to grant every recommendation made on a student’s educational evaluation.

Acceptable documentation includes:

  • A Public school Individualized Education Plan (IEP)

  • An Individualized Catholic School Education Plan (ICEP) – must include supportive documentation: a current psycho-educational evaluation or a current neuropsychological evaluation that includes a clear diagnosis and relevant educational recommendations

  • A current psycho-educational evaluation that includes a clear diagnosis and relevant educational recommendations

  • A current neuropsychological evaluation that includes a clear diagnosis and relevant educational recommendations

  • A current 504 Plan with supportive documentation
