Admissions Timeline |  Class of 2023

October 21:  Applications for Admissions will be accepted.  You may download the application HERE and turn in to the Admissions Office.  We will accept them mailed in, emailed to Mr. Ed Leiser (eleiser@stritahs.com) or dropped off in person.

An application is considered complete when the following items are turned in:

a).  6th, 7th and 8th grade transcripts (report cards & standardized test scores).  The first quarter/term of 8th grade should be turned in when available.

b).  Admissions Application completed in full

c).  Recommendation Form (pages 8-9 of Application)

November 17:  Pre-registration available online to sign-up for the Entrance Exam on December 1st.  This is optional, and not required, as walk-ins will be accepted and expected.

December 1:  8th Grade Entrance Exam

December 15:  Make-up date for 8th Grade Entrance Exam (only available to students who did not previously test at a Catholic school)

Early Action Admissions

Friday, December 7:  Deadline for Admissions Applications to be due and deadline for Financial Aid submissions to be due.

a).  You can access the admissions application HERE and access the financial aid submission page HERE 

b).  If application for admissions and financial aid application are submitted by December 7, St. Rita will mail notifications of admissions to families by Friday, December 21.

Regular Admissions

Tuesday, January 8:  2nd deadline for Admissions Applications to be due and 2nd deadline for Financial Aid submissions to be due.

a).  If application for admissions and financial aid application are submitted by January 8, St. Rita will notify families of admissions decisions by January 31.

***The Admissions Office encourages students to apply to St. Rita as soon as possible.***


February 15:  deadline for accepting admissions applications.  St. Rita will notify families of admissions decisions in late February or early March.  Applications turned in after February 15 will be marked late.

March 5 or 6:  Class of 2023 Welcome Party Orientation (student and at least one parent must attend one of these two sessions)  

April:  students who are on the Waiting List at St. Rita will be notified of their enrollment status sometime around mid-to-late April
