Young men who are currently in 8th Grade who do not take the entrance exam at another Catholic high school on Saturday, December 6 are invited to take the Make-Up Entrance Exam at St. Rita on Saturday, December 13 or Saturday, December 20. Please note that students may only take the entrance exam at one Catholic high school.

St. Rita administers the High School Placement Test (HSPT). Study guides for this exam may be found online or at local bookstores. Be sure the study guide includes the High School Placement Test (HSPT).

The results of each student’s HSPT as well as 6th, 7th and 8th grade records are criteria used for decisions regarding his acceptance and placement.

On the day of the Entrance Exam students should bring:

• No. 2 pencils

• The $25 exam fee (check/cash), if not paid online in advance.

Please note that calculators are NOT permitted.

Students who take the Entrance Exam at St. Rita are also eligible to apply for financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
