Parent-Teacher Conferences

Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Log into the reservation system: https://www.virtualparagon.com/stritahs/conference/

• Use the master password: shrine

• Once logged into the system ALL parents/guardians will need to set up a new account, even if you have already used the system in the past.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are virtual ONLY via Zoom and there is a limit of one 5-minute conference per teacher for each class a student is currently taking. We recommend scheduling conferences early in the reservation window.

We also suggest scheduling meetings in the order of the classroom locations for the teachers you wish to see. (For example, Rooms LL3, 105, 107, 114, 204, 208, 211.) Teacher locations will be visible on the reservation link.  

You may want to leave time between conferences to get from room to room; some parents find it helpful to leave 5 minutes open between each conference.

Our School Counselors, Academic Resource Coordinator, and Service Coordinator will also be available the day of conferences if you would like to schedule a 5-minute conference with any of them.
