FOOTBALL
Campers will work closely with our St. Rita Football coaching staff and players to focus on individual instruction, drills, agility, speed work, and group activities such as running, passing, and blocking. They will learn both offensive and defensive sides of the ball. This camp is a non-contact camp.
Participants must bring athletic gear, football cleats, and a water bottle.
BASEBALL
Mustang Baseball Camp is designed to teach and hone the skill of players in the fundamentals of hitting, defense, throwing, and base running. This is an opportunity for participants to work with Coach John Nee ‘93, Head Baseball Coach as well as current varsity and JV Mustangs.
Players should bring their own baseball gloves, spikes, and bats.
