CHICAGO – Josh Blaszak, Principal of St. Rita of Cascia High School, and AJ Avery, Athletic Director, announced that Eulalio Hernandez has been named the new Head Soccer Coach.

Coach Hernandez has five years of coaching experience at a varsity level with both boys and girls teams. Since 2020, he has been committed to building, overseeing, and coaching for the soccer program Golder College Prep in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago. The future of our already strong soccer program is bright.”

Hernandez’s coaching strategy is to improve gameplay, maximize agility, and increase strength while implementing cohesive team dynamics, maintaining safety, and building skills.

“My goal as a Head Soccer Coach is to create a diverse and inclusive environment that provides a strong foundation for our young adults,” Hernandez said. “I strive to prepare my students and athletes with the skills to overcome any challenge that they face on and off the pitch.”
