Runners will gather at Kennedy Park (113th and Western Ave.) to learn and work on proper running techniques, strategies, workouts, and play running games. Led by St. Rita Cross Country Coach Joe Gregory, athletes will learn the basic fundamentals for distance running.
Please bring a water bottle (labeled with your name) and running clothes.
