Athletes will immerse themselves in the exhilarating world of lacrosse at our St. Rita Lacrosse Camp! Designed for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced, our camp offers a comprehensive experience focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. 

Led by experienced coaches and current and former Ritamen, athletes will engage in a variety of drills, exercises, and scrimmages aimed at honing their stick skills, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning.

Participants must bring sticks, helmets, gloves, shoulder pads, cleats and sneakers.
